Elaine George, CPCU, ARM, RPLU is an Assistant Vice President/ Multinational Team Leader at Chubb in NYC with over 15 years of underwriting & business development experience. Prior to ACE (now Chubb), she worked in California for USLI, a Berkshire Hathaway Company & for Patriot Insurance Company, a regional carrier in Maine. As Chair of the Risk Management Interest Group, Elaine is responsible for helping the group achieve its mission of serving the risk management community. Millicent W. Workman is Director of Training and Education for International Risk Management Institute, where she directs continuing education, certification, and conference programs. She has an extensive background in risk management and insurance. She served as national President of the CPCU Society, and Business Insurance named her "Risk Manager of the Year" and one of the "100 Leading Women in the Insurance Industry." Given her experience in the industry and with the CPCU Society, Millie was tapped to be a director of RMIG.
Betsey L. Brewer, CPCU is a Principal of Integro Insurance Brokers in Pasadena. She is a past President & Chair of the CPCU Society and of the Los Angeles Chapter. She is served as President of the IIABLA and on the Board of Directors IIABCal.
Currently Betsey serves on the Advisory Board establishing the Risk Management & Insurance minor at the University of Southern California Marshall School. Betsey is a member of the Las Vegas Chapter.
Elise Farnham has 40+ years of experience in the risk management and insurance industry including multi-line adjuster, branch manager, regional manager, and senior executive for TPA and independent adjusting firms. As owner of Illumine Consulting, she provides expert testimony, professional development and continuing education programs. Past President of the Atlanta CPCU Chapter and the International Association of Insurance Professionals, she currently serves as a director for the Society of Registered Professional Adjusters. She has been a member of RIMS’ professional development faculty for over 20 years.

Marly L. Maciona has 30+ years in the insurance industry on both the carrier and agency side. She is currently a Commercial Account Manager at Robertson Ryan & Associates in Milwaukee, WI. Her specialty is with large hotels/resorts/ waterparks within the hospitality industry. She is a past President of the Greater Milwaukee CPCU chapter and has served on various committees and the Board of Governors for the CPCU Society.
Ed Breight is an AVP of Excess Workers Compensation Underwriting at Safety National Casualty Corporation, a leading provider of alternative risk funding products such as excess workers’ compensation, deductible casualty, loss portfolio transfers and reinsurance, where his responsibilities include various functions in the Underwriting Department. Ed has many years of underwriting experience and held the CPCU designation since 1986. He is a member of the PCI’s Workers’ Compensation Committee.

Patricia A. Connors, CPCU, is vice president of Power Generation for underwriting at AIG, where she also serves as deputy product line executive for Global Power Generations. Connors has over 30 years of underwriting experience and has held positions of increasing authority in boiler and machinery insurance, builders risk insurance, and all-risk property insurance.

EJo Lynn Clemens, CPCU, ARM experience includes Founder of I've Been Vetted, XOXY, & JJC Insurance Services, LLC. JJC is an insurance auditing firm for Lloyds of London Coverholders. In 2010 she was a Delegate Ambassador to China on behalf of the CPCU Society. Her volunteer leadership positions include Director at CPCU AZ chapter & past Secretary CPCU Omaha Chapter. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London & current Chairman of the AMA Risk and Insurance Council in New York. Ali is the liaison to CII and AMA for the RMIG group.

Michael W. Elliott is senior director of knowledge resources for The Institutes. He is responsible for providing subject matter expertise on educational content for The Institutes’ various products and services as well as increasing the industry’s awareness of The Institutes’ content through presentations and published articles.
Nekayle is currently a senior at St. John's University in the School of Risk Managment as an insurance major. He has been accepted into the CPCU student engagement program for two consecutive years(the only person from St. John's to do so) and boast a 3.7 GPA. Nekayle plans to graduate in May 2019 with honors and work full time with either a carrier or broker in the mulitnational sector.

Christine R. Ross is Director of P&C Reserving at the Cincinnati Insurance Companies. She has nearly 30 years experience in pricing and reserving, including workers compensation, excess & surplus lines, reinsurance, and transportation business. She is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She is a past president of Buckeye Actuarial Continuing Education, a regional affiliate of the CAS, and a board member of the Cincinnati CPCU Society Chapter. She is the Cincinnati Chapter’s 2018 Insurance Professional of the Year.
Rohbaan Ahmad is currently working as Vice President Property & Casualty at Risk Management Services (Pvt.) Ltd which is a leading insurance broker in Pakistan. His earlier experience was also in the insurance broking sector in Saudi Arabia. Apart from completing his CPCU and ACII, he has also gone on to complete his Masters in Insurance Management from Boston University. He has helped design, manage and place complex insurance programs for various large clients in the energy, construction and heavy industrial sectors. He is always looking for an opportunity to learn more about specialty products including cyber insurance to help educate and inform clients.

Reggie Texada is Director of Risk Management for Univision Communications Inc. and has more than 24 years of experience in the risk management and insurance industry. His extensive industry expertise has given him the ability to offer unique perspectives and strategic viewpoints relating to corporate risk. He is a former President of the RIMS - Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter. Reggie has served on University of North Texas’s Risk Management & Insurance Curriculum Review Advisory, He has been recognized by D-CEO Magazine as one of the “500 Most Powerful and Influential Business Leaders in Dallas Fort Worth”.
Christian Whitt, CPCU, AINS, is the Director of Member Relations at the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA) in Chicago, Illinois. Christian joined APCIA in 2015. She began her career at State Farm Insurance in 2007 as a claims professional and has held many positions since. In addition to her claims experience, Christian also has a strong background in client retention, relationship management, and association membership management. Christian earned her undergraduate degree and Master of Public Administration at Western MIchigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
