Elaine George, CPCU, ARM, RPLU is an Assistant Vice President/ Multinational Team Leader at Chubb in NYC with over 15 years of underwriting & business development experience.  Prior to ACE (now Chubb), she worked in California for USLI, a Berkshire Hathaway Company & for Patriot Insurance Company, a regional carrier in Maine.  As Chair of the Risk Management Interest Group, Elaine is responsible for helping the group achieve its mission of serving the risk management community. Currently Betsey serves on the Advisory Board establishing the Risk Management & Insurance minor at the University of Southern California Marshall School. Betsey is a member of the Las Vegas Chapter.

She is a past President of the Greater Milwaukee CPCU chapter and has served on various committees and the Board of Governors for the CPCU Society.

Ed Breight is an AVP of Excess Workers Compensation Underwriting at Safety National Casualty Corporation, a leading provider of alternative risk funding products such as excess workers’ compensation, deductible casualty, loss portfolio transfers and reinsurance, where his responsibilities include various functions in the Underwriting Department.  Ed has many years of underwriting experience and held the CPCU designation since 1986.  He is a member of the PCI’s Workers’ Compensation Committee.

Ross is Director of P&C Reserving at the Cincinnati Insurance Companies.  She has nearly 30 years experience in pricing and reserving, including workers compensation, excess & surplus lines, reinsurance, and transportation business.  She is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.  She is a past president of Buckeye Actuarial Continuing Education, a regional affiliate of the CAS, and a board member of the Cincinnati CPCU Society Chapter.  She is the Cincinnati Chapter’s 2018 Insurance Professional of the Year.

Christian Whitt, CPCU, AINS, is the Director of Member Relations at the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA) in Chicago, Illinois. Christian joined APCIA in 2015. She began her career at State Farm Insurance in 2007 as a claims professional and has held many positions since. In addition to her claims experience, Christian also has a strong background in client retention, relationship management, and association membership management. Christian earned her undergraduate degree and Master of Public Administration at Western MIchigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
